Our motivated staff will work diligently towards getting you in a good job that fits your schedule and skill set.
What is the hiring process like?
After you complete the online assignment we will conduct an interview with you to understand your skills and preferences. We will have you complete our safety training before being placed in a job. Documentation is required to prove that you are eligible to work in the United States and may be asked to submit a drug test, reference, and background checks.
How long does an assignment usually last?
Assignments vary in length from one day to half a year or longer. Direct placements become a staff employee of the client immediately.
How do I get paid?
Your paychecks will be from us at Fairway Staffing after submitting hours worked.
Who is my employer?
You will be outsourced to client companies however; Fairway Staffing will be your employer. Your paychecks and benefits are provided through us at Fairway Staffing.
